Unfortunately, the treatment brought to life by OA, to date, is at poor. It consists mostly of symptomatic relief.
Anti-inflammatory medications, ice, injections of steroid and viscosupplements (lubricants), physiotherapy, and eventually joint secondary are the current forms of treatment.
The ideal treatment with regard to OA should, of procedure used, include pain relief. Conjointly, slowing down the interest cartilage loss or even reversing it with the help of new cartilage is the major goal. And same with avoidance of joint secondary surgery.
