Chondroitin and glucosamine Side Effects - Brings 5 Scientific Studies

Are there any side effects of chondroitin and glucosamine?

Do glucosamine and chondroitin supplements cause any side effects?

Is there anything unpleasant think about this supplement?

I have been reading and studying these questions over the past 3 years or so badly. That's how long I've been taking chondroitin and glucosamine for my formerly-aching legs.

Recently I updated my research about them, and I am very glad to have say that expert studies are still finding no serious issues from taking chondroitin and glucosamine.

Five of the larger studies their results are:

1 . . . GAIT -The Glucosamine/Chondroitin sulfate Arthritis Intervention Trial, a $12. 5 million National Institutes of Shape study, found that adverse people were generally mild and distributed among the glucosamine, chondroitin, chondroitin and glucosamine, placebo, and celecoxib groups.

In essence, the RUNNING report, through the Me College of Rheumatology (2005), says that the same couple of participants reported mild side effects whether you are they were taking cabohydrate supply pills, the G/CS supplement, or the medication.

2 - The Osteo arthritis Research Society International studied one formula of chondroitin and glucosamine in the management of owning knee osteoarthritis.

What they determined has gone that adverse events since constipation, indigestion, gas, bad taste, and fatigue were equally based around those receiving the placebo and by those receiving chondroitin and glucosamine.

They noted that the point that studied combination of chondroitin and glucosamine have no known serious replies.

3 - An Me Diabetes Association study found that glucosamine, at typical values, does not effect blood sugar control in those to other diabetes.

4 - Published in 2003, an exhaustive systematic following of clinical assessments of chondroitin and glucosamine, performed between 1980 and 2002, found that safety was excellent for both compounds.

5 - A 2003 study established that FCHG49 glucosamine hcl will not effect blood sugar control in people with Type II Diabetes Mellitus.

In stock portfolio, among the people taking chondroitin and glucosamine in 5 scientific study after study:

  • No serious positive aspects occurred.

  • No secondary effects were found.

  • Among colleagues with Diabetes, blood sugar control has not been effected.

  • Reports of any unacceptable effects were as often reported by those receiving the placebo as by typically the actually receiving the chondroitin and glucosamine.
